Cranial Remolding Helmets
Cranial remolding helmets from Total Care Orthotics and Prosthetics provide a safe, noninvasive way to treat head shape concerns such as plagiocephaly and brachycephaly. Designed for infants during the early months of rapid growth, these custom helmets gently guide skull development to improve symmetry and support healthy growth.
Each helmet is individually made using 3D scanning for a precise, comfortable fit. Lightweight and breathable materials allow babies to move, sleep, and play normally while wearing the helmet. Our board certified specialists work closely with families and pediatricians to create a personalized treatment plan and provide ongoing adjustments as your child grows.
Helmet therapy is most effective when started early—often between 4 and 7 months of age—with many infants seeing improvement within a few months. Throughout treatment, our team provides education, follow-up care, and support to ensure families feel confident every step of the way.
